Can I use ASAI CRM for free?

Yes — the Free plan is permanent, not a trial. You get 1 user, 100 contacts, 10 companies, and full access to either the Campus or Engage product including interaction tracking, dashboard, and AI Assistant.

What is the difference between Campus and Engage?

Campus is built for university career services — employer tracking, job pipelines, and student placements. Engage is built for government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses — interaction tracking, programs & grants management, and impact reporting. Both include the AI Assistant and dashboard.

How does billing work for Pro?

Pro is billed annually at $499/month ($5,988/year). For Enterprise customers, we support net-30 invoicing and purchase orders — standard for institutional procurement.

Can we add more users later?

Yes — Pro supports up to 5 users. Enterprise supports unlimited users. Contact us if you need to scale beyond Pro limits.
